Getting To Hotel

• By road : Heho Airport to Nyaung Shwe — 40 mins (32 km)
• By boat : Nyaung Shwe Jetty to hotel — 30 mins (10.5 km)

Check-in / Check-out Time

• Check-in time is after 14:00hrs (2:00PM) on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is after 12:00hrs (12:00 NOON) on the day of departure.

Children / Extra Bed Policy

• The maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults (extra bed compulsory) or 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years of age (sharing one bed).
• Children 6 years of age or older will be classified and charged as adults.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
